Code Enforcement Update

Effective beginning April 7, 2025 the Town of Buxton will be enforcing the newly amended Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code (MUBEC).
The updated MUBEC will consist of:
- 2021 International Residential Code (IRC)
- 2021 International Building Code (IBC)
- 2021 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC)
